"We approached Ken’s Lumber in the fall of 2017 with a unique plan.  Due to property access restrictions we asked Ken's Lumber to build our cabin in two halves and to put it together on our lot at Palliser Regional Park.  It was a first for Ken’s Lumber but they were in.  From day one we could not have been happier with the service.  The entire staff were very helpful (and patient) in guiding us through all the decisions that needed to be made.  Right on time the cabin was ready to be moved.  The journey across the Riverhurst Ferry was supervised, and precision was used to get the two sides lined up and attached together and to do all the finishing jobs that needed to be done on site.  We spent our first night in the cabin on July long weekend.  Our family enjoyed it all summer.  The cabin is beautiful, the workmanship second to none, and everyone who sees it agrees."

"In the late summer of 2017 we visited several Saskatchewan based RTM builders and looked at many websites in and out of province.  For us, Ken’s Lumber was a perfect match.  This family owned smaller company takes the time and makes a commitment to really listen to their clients. The staff immediately keyed into what we were looking for, and helped take our idea to reality.  Their drafts person tweaked our original design and had suggestions on how to make a good plan even better. 

Their knowledge and expertise in building was evident from our first visit. Choosing flooring, paint, trim, and cupboard styles went smoothly as Ken’s showroom has an ample but not overwhelming selection. 

Because we are Snowbirds, we headed out shortly after making our final decisions and first deposit.  It says a whole lot when you can leave the country and trust someone to build you a home!  Regular emails and pictures of progress were sent. Our questions were always promptly addressed. We appreciated the “no surprises” billing as we were asked to verify and sign off on each step. 

When we arrived home in the spring we had a beautiful house waiting to be moved to our lake lot.  Excellent craftsmanship went into every aspect of the build. We are totally satisfied with the end result, and sincerely thank everyone who worked on this project."
